Progress picture so far! I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’ve definitely noticed changes. This is what working out every day and eating clean does, and more importantly I’m in the best shape of my life.. I feel great. I obviously know I still have a lot more weight to lose, but I’m proud of myself! Those times when I wanted to go for late night pizza with my friends, or skip the gym to go to that one event I stuck with it, and that’s what I will continue doing because there’s nothing more satisfying then results for your hard work.

The before picture is me at 146 pounds and the after picture is of me at 114.8 pounds. I am 5’1. It has taken me a year to get this far and it was through HARD WORK. I fell off track a couple of times but I got right back on it. I never gave up and I am so happy with my results. I am so much more confident in my body. I am working on toning up since the serious weight loss part is over. I exercised everyday, cut out all soda and ate clean to the best of my ability. It may seem hard at first but if you keep at it and don’t lose faith, you’ll get there.
